The UC Davis Air Quality Research Center (AQRC) welcomes you to join us at our first Air Sensors International Conference (ASIC)! ASIC will bring together stakeholders from academia, government, communities, and commercial interests to promote and advance air pollution sensors, improve the data quality from these sensors, expand the pollutants measured, and foster community involvement in monitoring air quality.
Experts in the field from the Environmental Protection Agency, California Air Resources Board, South Coast Air Quality Management District, and Bay Area Air Quality Management District will discuss the latest technology and contemporary issues in air quality sensor research. Over 1,000 people from 21 countries will attend to share research and deliberate about air sensor related topics.
Speakers will discuss a range of subjects, including, but not limited to: regulation and performance standards, citizen and community science, gas and vapor sensing, emerging technologies, youth education, and data analytics. The exhibit viewing hall will feature state-of-the-art technology from accomplished air quality monitoring companies. Over the course of the conference, guests will review poster displays, experience podium presentations, and explore the exhibit viewing hall.
