Emma Giles, ASU Alumna and Citizen Science expert, will be speaking about the importance of iNaturalist in scientific research and how you can get involved in the City Nature Challenge. April is a particularly important time because is Citizen Science Month, an initiative developed through SciStarter and ASU's School for the Future of Innovation in Society, in which we are aiming for one million acts of science! This event includes instruction on how to use iNaturalist (indoors) and will end with participating in the City Nature Challenge (outdoors).
