We are inviting citizens from all over the world to take pictures of the balloons they find as litter. Please upload a photo of it where it was picked up, along with the location, and a description of the words or images on it (if applicable). This project is to catalog where balloons are found, along with which holiday/ occasion produces the most balloon litter.
