Adults and kids will enjoy seeing live birds up close and learning about bird ecology and research throuh bird banding. Adopt a bird for a memorabl experience releasing a banded bird. There are special activities just for kids including "band-a-kid" and a migration challenge game. Just drop by Bobcat Cabin during the public banding demonstration hours. Banding station will not operate in rainy weather or temperatures less than 20oF. Groups of 8+ please call to schedule a banding demonstration just for your group. Saturday, 1-3:30pm. Suggested Donation $5 per person.
