Focusing on parts of the central Border Ranges landscape with important regional fauna and climate corridor values, we are working with landholders to re-connected habitat through weed control, natural regeneration and supplementary planting. Works are designed to enhance access of species from upslope areas to moist gullies and riparian zones, facilitating the movement of animals through the landscape. Works are tailored to support the known presence of threatened species. Improving the fauna record will help improve our understanding of habitat use and priority sites for rehabilitation.
