Register for this event for an introduction to citizen science, to learn more about libraries as hubs for citizen science, and to learn how to monitor air quality with citizen science through a presentation and online Q&A. In this event, the CanAirIO team will help us learn about how to contribute to air quality monitoring through citizen science and provide a tutorial about how to make an air quality sensor. Join us on Zoom and submit your own questions on the Q&A/Chat features during the event. This event is supported by the Network of the National of Libraries of Medicine, All of Us California, and SciStarter. The event will be an hour and a half long. The first hour is geared toward a general audience of all ages, and the last thirty minutes will focus on best practices for community leaders to get others involved in citizen science.
