The Baca Grande Library will be holding a Citizen Science Open House with activities for the whole family from 10am-2pm. From 10-11 a ranger from the Great Sand Dunes National Park will be at the library with a touch table for kids. From 11-12 we'll be screening the documentary "Flyways" about bird migration. After the movie we'll learn about our local birds, how to identify them and be introduced to the library's new Citizen Science kits by local biologist Karen Caddis.
