The City Nature Challenge is on once again! In 2023, Adelaide, South Australia will be participating in the City Nature Challenge for the forth time. Will you help us show off our city’s biodiversity? Help us compete with cities from around the world by making the most nature observations possible from Apr 28th 2023 - May 1st, 2023. Participation is EASY and FREE! Download the iNaturalist app to your mobile device. Then, between April 28-May 1, use the app to upload photos of organisms and the iNaturalist community will help you identify them. It’s as simple as that! So why not join in during the 4-day challenge, if you are anywhere in the Greater Adelaide region, snap a photo of any wild plant or animal and upload it to iNaturalist platform, making sure to include the location. All observations will then automatically be pooled to this project so that we can compete with participants from all over the world!
