Climate Change Observatory Network

A Climate Change Observatory (CCO) site crowdsources photos to create a time lapse video that helps monitor and document environmental changes that occur over time at a specific location. The crowdsourced photos are processed into a time lapse video and shared publicly online, improving our collective understanding of environmental changes occurring in a community, and developing an interest and community ownership in climate action. The CCO site fosters conversations, input and collaboration amongst multiple community stakeholders that can help support decision making and improve adaptation strategies to build more climate resilience.
