Come out to a nature connection event in a forest in Saskatoon. What is that? A forest? Don't you know that the City of Saskatoon is on the prairies where there are grasslands? you say. Well come on out to the Richard St. Barbe Baker Afforestation Area to find some wonderfully delightful nature surprises. (Map and directions) We will use the SW OLRA parking lot, and wander the forest outside of the SW OLRA See attached map (west of the Gordie Howe Bridge) By observing local nature, everyone can support vital conservation research while connecting with nature and enjoying the outdoors. Whether you are an expert, a seasoned #BioBlitz participant or getting involved for the first time, it couldn’t be easier to join in.
