Want to bring beauty to your garden while making a difference for our native pollinators and birds, right in your own yard? Then, this webinar might be for you! It's designed for beginner and intermediate gardeners or anyone who wants to create an oasis for pollinators and other wildlife while bringing more color and beauty into the world. The second half will discuss what to plant for color, texture, etc. for year-round interest – delighting both you and the creatures that inhabit your garden. Irene Shonle, PhD, is the Horticulture Associate for Colorado State University Extension in El Paso County and has worked extensively with the Native Plant Master program. She is also a former Vice President of the Colorado Native Plant Society. Irene has taught in the field, in the classroom, and at conferences around the State; and she gardens mostly with natives at her home and in demonstration gardens.
