So many people feel like they’re at the mercy of their menstrual cycle – lacking the roadmap to effectively navigate their moments of melancholy and bursts of inspiration. At the Evolution, Conflict and Equality Lab, we believe knowledge is power – and that’s why we’ve developed a study to explore the impacts of the menstrual cycle on our psychology, health and wellbeing. We're so excited to help people understand themselves better, so they can own their experience and thrive! By participating in this study, you’ll not only contribute to a body of knowledge that can help our society better understand women, you’ll also get a personalised report that provides data visualisations and insights showing how you vary across the course of the month in terms of your mood patterns, self-esteem, personality and behaviour.
