Visit our Earth Day tabling event! The Xerces Society provides information on the world of entomology. Bug masks and crayons, pamphlets and interactive games will support knowledge of invertebrates. Information on specific insects will be provided. We will also be sharing about the City Nature Challenge. Maricopa County Master Naturalists love the outdoors, have a concern for the local environment, and provide education, stewardship, and citizen science to their communities. They're trained and certified through an educational program sponsored by Maricopa Country Parks and Arizona State University. Master Naturalists provide trained volunteers to support a nature-focused organization’s activity. They'll have a variety of natural items for “show and tell” engagement.
