All ages are invited to Silver Lake Nature Center to learn about Citizen Science and participate in a Biodiveristy challenge! Utilizing Grundy Library's Citizen Science Biodiversity kits, you'll be tasked with documenting nature at the Silver Lake Nature Center. Participants can upload their findings via their own SciStarter accounts or they can give/send their findings to us at the library for upload. Participants will be able to explore on their own, utilize a nature scavenger hunt sheet or utilize a challenge card when participating in the biodiversity challenge. Silver Lake Nature Center is located at 1306 Bath Rd, Bristol, PA 19007. Participants are encouraged to bring a smart phone, tablet or digital camera to capture photographs of their observations; however, these are not required.
