The Texas Astronomical Society of Dallas sponsors a community Star Party on the first Saturday of each month (except December). These Star Party events take place at Lovejoy ISD Sloan Creek Intermediate School campus, Fairview, TX. TAS Volunteers conduct an introductory tour of the night sky and set up telescopes for public viewing.
