GO-SEA - SciStarter

GO-SEA is a global project connecting community scientists with professional biologists and oceanographers with the goal of learning more about the mysterious ocean surface ecosystem. GO-SEA needs passionate ocean-lovers to visit the sea and look for marine life. We are particularly interested in any floating surface life you find, but that's not all... if you don't find any floating life, that's important information too! We use your data to build up patterns of when/where surface life is being found and also when it's not. We are passionate about nurturing our community of volunteers and hold regular meetings with our project members to nerd out about the ocean and give project updates.
