The Great Annual Fish Count (GAFC) is a month-long push to promote the REEF Volunteer Fish Survey Project (VFSP). For more information about VFSP, visit https://scistarter.org/REEF-volunteer-fish-survey-project This Great Annual Fish Count, join us and Pirate's Cove Watersports for a free fish ID class taught by REEF, followed by a survey dive/snorkel. Morning check-in for the fish ID class at 9:15am at REEF Interpretive Center, break for lunch at 11am, and check-in for the dive/snorkel at Pirate's Cove Watersports at 1pm. Fish ID class: REEF Interpretive Center, 98300 Overseas Hwy, Key Largo, FL 33037 Pirate's Cove Watersports: Located in Reefhouse Resort & Marina, 103800 Overseas Hwy, Key Largo, FL 33037 The price is $65 for a snorkel trip and $95 for a two-tank dive trip.
