WHO’S INVITED? Public Library Administrators and Support Staff
PURPOSE:To learn more about a new Citizen Science Program for libraries that focuses on light pollution. Joining the call will be experts from SciStarter (an online citizen science hub), NASA Space Science Education Consortium, the International Dark-Sky Association of Missouri and the Library Telescope Program.
AGENDA
Reviewing the history and goals of the program, the project opportunities available to patrons of your library, and implementation and cost issues related to the program. We will also discuss Citizen Science Month, an initiative focused on April 2020. Time will be available for Q&A.
