World Water Day is March 22. Join Los Angeles Public Library for a Virtual Water Journey, presented by The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California. Fly-through the Colorado River Aqueduct and have a virtual tour of the RRWAPC located in the city of Carson. Presentation topics include: Earth’s Population, Mediterranean Climate Areas, Precipitation vs. Population, Water Sources, Conservation, Drought, Paleoclimatology, Recycling, the Water Cycle, and Water Recycling. The program is suitable for audiences ages 11 and up. **Neighborhood Science (NeiSci) Tuesdays is a weekly program series to learn about and contribute to science and sustainable practices in and for your Neighborhood.
