The club holds regular star parties at White Memorial. Events are free and open to the public. No prior knowledge of astronomy is required - just curiosity. The talk starts at the time above in the A. B. Ceder Room at White Memorial Conservation Center in Litchfield, CT. This month's talk topic will be announced later. After the talk, weather permitting, there will be planet and star gazing at the observatory. We have two large (by amateur standards) telescopes and you are welcome to bring binoculars or a telescope. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Please dress warmly!
