By reading the theory, you can understand what my theory is about. Task is to flex-pump your muscle(example biceps, few times that you can feel the pump in the muscle) after every meal(30min-1hour after meal). In my theory is also massage opportunity, it is for those how knows how to massage a muscle. Massage few minutes per muscle(example biceps) 30min-1hour after every meal. My theory says that by doing so your muscle(s) will recover and grow faster because it will get the desired nutrients and hormones compared to passive choise. Passive choise includes as my theory and science says; in resting muscle most of the small capillaries are closed. Capillaries transports the nutrients and hormones to cells.
