This study tests various ecological restoration techniques on retired trails in the McDowell Sonoran Preserve. There are eight study plots that received different seeding treatments, located at ten different sites within the Preserve. The results of this two- to five-year study will help evaluate best practices for restoring native plant diversity to degraded lands in the Sonoran Desert
