The Rio Rancho Astronomical Society will hold its March meeting on Friday, March 20th at 7:30 PM. The meeting will be held at Rainbow Park Observatory located at 301 Southern Blvd behind the Rainbow Pool. Our guest speaker will be Sarah McIntyre, scientist, author and award-winning photographer, who is also a member of the New Mexico DarkSky State Council. The title of her presentation is 'Chasing Starlight and Dark Skies' where she will discuss various forms of astrophotography and the importance of taking action to protect our night skies.
