On the next SciStarter LIVE! we'll be joined with a special guest from Budburst, a collection of researchers, educators, gardeners and community scientists working together to illustrate the human impacts on the natural world around us. Learn how to make observations, participate in projects and contribute your data, and why your observations are important for researchers studying phenology, or the timing of biological events in plants and animals. The more data you collect, the more scientists can understand the effects of climate change, and develop ways to mitigate it. SciStarter LIVE is a weekly event where you can join us on Zoom or watch the live stream on SciStarter’s Facebook page as we work through a citizen science project together. We’ll demonstrate the project and answer your questions. If you register, we will email you a YouTube link to the recording. Before the event, you’re invited to sign up for a SciStarter account at https://scistarter.org/login if you haven't already (optional) and have a look at the featured project (https://scistarter.org/budburst).
