We want to understand how and where antibiotic resistant bacteria are moving from humans to wildlife. To do this, we are studying common wildlife species (brushtail and ringtail possums) and screening their poop for antibiotic resistance genes. The samples you collect will help us understand the impact of this important global issue on our native wildlife.
