Join us for a Springtime bioblitz at the Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch on Saturday, March 2, 2019. We'll meet at 9 am at the Southeast Regional Library for a quick orientation, and then head into the preserve to bioblitz. The event is free, but please let us know you're coming! Click here to register: http://bit.ly/Ripbioblitz A bioblitz is a fun, intensive, short study of biodiversity in a specific location. We'll look for birds, mammals, plants, reptiles, insects...All the nature we can find! People of all ages and skill levels are welcome. You bring your curiosity, a smartphone with the iNaturalist app installed or a digital camera, and tons of enthusiasm. Don't have a phone or camera? No problem! We'll pair you up with those who do. We'll be joined by local naturalists and others who know the area. Together, we'll get outside and make some science!
