Join Darlene Cavalier, the founder of SciStarter (the world's largest citizen science hub) and the co-author of the Field Guide to Citizen Science, for a virtual book talk with the Avondale Public Library in Avondale, Arizona. Darlene will give tips about projects anyone can do anywhere to engage in real research and Denise Thurman, a librarian at the Avondale Public Library, will highlight how her community can leverage a new citizen science kit program to make a difference locally.
