Save the Sound, the Long Island Sound Funders Collaborative, and the University of Maryland invite you to a meeting to discuss a proposed unified water quality study for the bays and harbors along the Long Island Sound coastline. The meeting will also be a call for participation and an avenue for you to provide feedback on the draft study plan. The study results will be included in future iterations of the Long Island Sound Report Card, engage community sampling groups in a unified study, provide information to management agencies regarding the environmental health of our waterways, and provide a means of expressing the ecological health of bays and harbors in Long Island Sound to the millions of people that care for them.
