The UC Davis Air Quality Research Center (AQRC) welcomes you to help us with our first Air Sensors International Conference (ASIC)! ASIC will bring together stakeholders from academia, government, communities, and commercial interests to promote and advance air pollution sensors, improve the data quality from these sensors, expand the pollutants measured, and foster community involvement in monitoring air quality. Experts in the field from the Environmental Protection Agency, California Air Resources Board, South Coast Air Quality Management District, and Bay Area Air Quality Management District will discuss the latest technology and contemporary issues in air quality sensor research. We expect over 1,000 people from 21 countries to attend to share research and deliberate about air sensor related topics. We need your help to organize and run this conference! Volunteers are needed for the entire week of September 10th, including the three conference days. Help us set up and communicate with guests and exhibitors. If you are interested in helping spread knowledge about air sensors and air pollution, this is a great opportunity for you! Contact airqualityevents@ucdavis.edu for more info!
