Join SciStarter, the National Library of Medicine, the Arizona State University Office of Evaluation and Educational Effectiveness, and the Citizen Science Association for a reflection on outcomes from the first annual Citizen Science Month! Speakers will share summative evaluations and insights from more than 100 virtual events that took place in April 2020 during the COVID-19 outbreak. Discover all the ways libraries, universities, science centers, researchers, practitioners, and community organizations collaborated with SciStarter to engage a variety of participants. The success has already led to the Citizen Science & Summer Reading program in libraries coordinated by SciStarter with support from the Network of the National Library of Medicine. Tune in, learn about recent outcomes, ask questions and provide your ideas for Citizen Science Month 2021!
