The Wisconsin Breeding Bird Atlas is a 5 year effort to document the distribution and abundance of all bird species that breed in Wisconsin. Join During this talk, Atlas organizers Bill Mueller and Mike Reese for an introduction to atlasing. Mike and Bill will provide an overview of the Wisconsin Breeding Bird Atlas II, including highlights of what we've learned in the first two years, and then delve into how YOU can participate. Birdwatchers of all experience levels can contribute to this meaningful project as long as you can identify at least one bird species. Atlasing is easy and extremely fun, so please join us and learn how you can contribute!
