The aim of the project is to raise awareness on Deaf-Hearing individuals’ collaboration barriers and opportunities, thus improving social wellbeing of Deaf communities. In Acting4DHH II, citizen social science is manifested through the mapping of Deaf-Hearing collaboration in the form of 40-seconds videos.

In this framework, for this project activity, we call on Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing citizens across Europe to collect videos (30 sec each) that depict their daily interactions/collaboration with Hearing citizens. Please, provide in a word doc the English subtitles of your video with the timestamps, so our team can integrate them in your video.

This collection of videos aims to raise awareness of the need for inclusion and empowerment of DHH citizens; empowerment that comes as a result of collective efforts, solidarity and community bonding between Deaf and Hearing individuals.

The collection of videos will be completed on September 30, 2025.

The Acting4DHH II project is funded by the Horizon Europen IMPETUS Accelerator programme (https://impetus4cs.eu/, GA: 101058677).
