Pseudoscorpions are everywhere - in your backyard, in leaf litter, among tussock, lichens, intertidal, and even in your books, but you probably have never seen one. They are neat little critters that look like scorpions, just without the tail and they are tiny - generally a few millimetres long. New Zealand has 70 identified species, but there are undoubtedly more waiting to be discovered.
