May 20th is World Bee Day! Join us to celebrate these essential pollinators, including the 2025 Pollinator of the Year, the Squash Bee. We will learn about inviting bees into your garden, make bee-themed crafts, participate in the Great Sunflower Project, take a pollinator promenade around the neighborhood and more! Citizen Science kits will be available to check out. Each participant will also receive a packet of pollinator-friendly seeds to take home. All ages are welcome, please register on the library calendar.
