The Conversation about Chloride and Community Science presentation will focus on chloride pollution and its impact on local water bodies, Dakota County’s Low Salt, No Salt initiative, as well as an overview of Izaak Walton League of America's Salt Watch program and an introduction to other community science programs that people can get involved with. We will have Salt Watch kits for you to take with you or you can register one to be sent to your house! The presentation kicks off at 5pm, but feel free to come a bit early to chat with City of Eagan and Dakota County Environmental Resources staff. They've got some great programs that they would love for you to be involved with!
