Join us for our Acts of Science Halfway through Citizen Science Month sprint! The Acts of Science Sprint, led by SciStarter Ambassadors, is a fast-paced, interactive event where you’ll explore a variety of citizen science projects—guided live by SciStarter Ambassadors. Join our afternoon sprint from 12-2:30pm EDT and/or the evening sprint from 6pm-10pm EDT. Drop in anytime throughout these sprints! Every 30 minutes, we’ll switch to a new project, giving you the chance to contribute to real scientific research from home. Whether you stay for one project or power through multiple hours, you’ll be making an impact! Learn how to monitor wildlife, analyze space data, track environmental changes, and more—no prior experience needed. Drop in anytime, meet our Ambassadors, and challenge yourself to complete as many acts of science as possible! Projects scheduled to be featured: Monkey Health Explorer, The Dog Aging Project, ISeeChange, The Great Sunflower Project, Cedar Creek: Eyes on the Wild, Cloudspotting on Mars, Citizen Archivist Missions, WeDigBio, iNaturalist, eBird, Project Sidewalk, Woodpecker Cavity Cam, Stall Catchers.
