This project is designed to give nursing students an open data set of real data so they can learn how to manipulate and aggregate health information. It will take you less than five minutes to enter basic demographic information and your most recent blood pressure reading. You will enter the Systolic (upper number) separately from the Diastolic (lower number). Select "+ New Observation to enter your data.
