This citizen science workshop series, organized by the STAR Center (University of Novi Sad), invites participants to actively engage in research on trust in science. Across four sessions, participants learn how scientific research works, explore pseudoscience, discuss public perceptions of science, and contribute to designing a survey instrument. Participants collaborate with researchers and become co-creators of the study. All active contributors will be included as co-authors on a scientific publication. No prior knowledge is required. Participants can join both in-person and online. At the first event, workshop introduces participants to how scientific research works. The session includes an overview of the research process and the Trust in Science project. Participants will discuss science and propose key questions that will shape a citizen-developed survey.
