What birds are singing in your neighborhood? What insects are visiting your garden? How many types of trees are on your block? Join cities from around the world in documenting the wildlife that calls our urban environments home during the 2021 City Nature Challenge.
Over 200 cities worldwide will be exploring their homes, gardens, and parks to find and record as many different types of wildlife as possible April 30- May 3, 2021. Observations will be uploaded through the app iNaturalist and sorted into participating cities projects. The fun continues May 4- 9, when anyone from anywhere can help to identify the recorded observations. Anyone can participate in this collaborative community science effort!
The Lincoln City Nature Challenge will include all of Lancaster county. Look out for special Lincoln CNC events posted here.
