Come learn how to assess freshwater stream quality based on hands-on visual and biological data collection. We will be sampling live benthic macroinvertebrates! Restoring a Watershed: A Community Takes Action Workshop Series presented by the Whale Pond Brook Watershed Association Kids 10+ are welcome with parent supervision. Please wear appropriate clothing for an outdoor event, waders are recommended for hands-on sampling. A limited number of adult waders and equipment will be supplied.
