The Fort Worth Chapter of the Native Prairies Association of Texas is pleased to invite you to the next installment of the Prairie Seekers Toolbox Series with field training on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at the Barnett Ranch on the Denton/Wise County line.
Prairie Seekers is a citizen science program that trains volunteers how to assess prairie condition and helps NPAT identify conservation priorities. The workshop on March 25th is the fourth of a five-part series designed to build plant and wildlife identification skills, as well as a deeper understanding and appreciation for the prairie ecosystem. Our special focus this time will be strategies for responsible livestock management as a prairie maintenance tool.
