LandHealth Institute is accepting applications now through April 1st for the ProFESS Summer Stipend Program, a free, hands-on environmental education program for students in 8th through 12th grades in West and Southwest Philadelphia. Students explore local environments through activities like fishing, kayaking, guided walks, creative projects, soil and water testing, and working in our native plant nursery. Participants earn a stipend of up to $500 while gaining real-world leadership experience, exploring potential career paths in environmental science and ecology, and having fun outdoors.
