SciStarter LIVE is an informal web series, where we go LIVE and work through a citizen science project. You’ll have opportunities to hear from project leaders, get your questions answered, hang out with the SciStarter team and more. Just join us on Zoom or watch the live stream on SciStarter’s Facebook page. All events are recorded and shared with registrants after the event. GoBituary -- like an obituary, but on-the-go -- is a project by Florida Community Innovation. The goal of the project is to remember individuals buried in the Miami City Cemetery and inspire others by spotlighting individual lives. The (social!) citizen science task is to research and write histories about the individuals buried in the Miami City Cemetery.
We have histories under development about the famous people buried in the cemetery -- but we want to remember and include as many people as possible, including those whose histories were unwritten...until now.
