Join us at the American Philosophical Society Museum for our family program, “Shoot for the Stars Eclipse Edition!” APS Education staff will be handing out eclipse viewing glasses* and celebrating the eclipse itself with some space related activities. We will also be demonstrating a LightSound device which provides an audible experience of the eclipse. The program will take place in the APS Jefferson Garden from 1:30 P.M.-4:00 P.M. and is free and open to the public. In the case of rain, the event will take place in the APS' Franklin Hall 427 Chestnut St, Philadelphia, PA 19106. Find related citizen science projects at https://scistarter.org/eclipse
