Come see citizen science kits in action! April is Citizen Science Month, and one of the ways you can get involved is by visiting your local citizen science hub, your library!
Emma, a SciStarter rep, will be demonstrating how to use the Citizen Science kits you can check out at your library to learn about science while gathering data for real research. In the Monitoring Air Quality kit, for example, we use the Airbeam monitor in the kit to detect small particles that give us clues about the quality of our air. There are so many ways to take part, and so many projects that need our help, so why not start now?
No registration needed, just walk in and say hello!
