Celebrate Citizen Science Month with SciStarter Ambassador William Alan Weightman! In this special "Science and Wonder with William" session, we are contributing to the global goal of 2.50Million Acts of Science by transforming curiosity into discovery.
Participants will explore the scientific method not just as a history lesson, but as a practical "bamboozle shield" for navigating modern information. We will trace how this way of thinking empowers us to form hypotheses and test them in our daily lives.
The highlight of the session is a Live Citizen Science Demo, where residents will move from theory to action. Together, we will participate in a real-world research project, proving that a lifelong love of learning can provide vital data to scientists worldwide.
Two sessions bridges the gap between personal inquiry and global impact. Attendance is by invitation only for community members.
