Part I begins in Lyme Regis, where Dr. Lomax’s colleagues lead a hands-on fossil hunt along the iconic Jurassic Coast, following in the footsteps of Mary Anning. You’ll also enjoy exclusive access to the Etches Collection, home of the remarkable “Sea-Rex” pliosaur.
In Part II, Dr. Lomax joins the group in Oxford and Whitby to search for dinosaur footprints before guiding you behind the scenes of the famous “Rutland Sea Dragon.” The adventure concludes with a fossil hunt led by renowned Yorkshire Fossils experts, Shae and Aaron Smith.
Throughout the trip, you’ll explore the forces that shaped prehistoric Britain, engage directly with leading scientists, visit exclusive sites and collections, see newly discovered dinosaur footprints—and, of course, hunt for fossils yourself!
