Throughout the month of April, Girl Scouts are challenged to contribute to important Alzheimer’s research by playing Stall Catchers! As always, Girl Scouts who log 100-minutes playing will receive the special Girl Scouts/Stall Catchers patch. As a special perk to celebrate USA Girl Scouts Overseas’ 100th Anniversary and Sci-Starters One Million Acts of Science month, Girl Scouts who log 100-minutes by Monday, April 21st will also receive the commemorative USAGSO 100 Years patch*. * Prize is limited to the first 25 Girl Scouts. How to join the Catch-A-Thon: 1. Create your SciStarter Account to ensure your work counts toward One Million Acts of Science 2. Go to Stall Catchers and create an account (make sure it is the same email you used to create your SciStarter account!) 3. Go to the “Teams” page on Stall Catchers to find your team. If you are in the US, your team is: “Girl Scouts of the USA.” For Girl Scouts Overseas, your team will start with “USAGSO” and will follow with a country: “American Samoa.” 4. Not a Girl Scout? You are still welcome to join the Catchathon. Search for team “SciStarter” (https://stallcatchers.com/main?team=261). 5. Join your team and start catching!
