Join Caroline Nickerson, Ms. Doctorate Colorado 2026, as she marches in the 16th Annual Park Hill 4th of July Parade to celebrate citizen science: research anyone can join.
Caroline is a communications specialist with CSU's Natural Resource Ecology Laboratory and CitSci.org, and her platform centers on one simple idea: anyone can do science.
The whole CSU community is invited to walk with the CSU/CitSci group. Faculty, staff, students, alumni, families, and friends are all welcome. No experience needed. Carry a sign, wave to the crowd, and talk with neighbors about getting involved in projects like Leave No Trash, Space Cloud Watch, and the 2FP Resilient Soils Project.
When: Morning of July 4
Where: Park Hill neighborhood, Denver
