The Wallagoot catchment BioBlitz will have over 40 surveys over the Friday and Saturday. Starting from before dawn to after dusk, we have a big range of surveys happening seeking to find and identify - small mammals, birds - shore and forest, bats, frogs, moths, reptiles, a number of flora surveys across different habitats, shore and beach surveys and this year we are focusing on invertebrates with freshwater and lagoon surveys and leaf litter surveys. We have a schools programme run by Bournda Environmental Education Centre and a great Basecamp with a host of interesting specimens and information from the Australian Museum and lots of identification references. We invite everyone to join us - all details on our website: atlasoflife.org.au
